What is the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG)?

The Productivity Solutions Grant supports businesses in the adoption of pre-scoped IT Solutions and/or Equipment that improve productivity. List of supportable solutions can be found here.

How do I apply for the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG)?

Find a supported solution from the list of pre-scoped solutions.
For IT Solutions, you can contact the pre-approved vendor and request a quotation. For equipment, you can engage any vendor and request a quotation as long as the equipment is supported under PSG. You may wish to clarify with your processing agency on any technical specifications required.
Log in to the Business Grants Portal and submit and application.

Is there a max amount capped for PSG?

Yes. PSG provides grants of up to 50% of qualifying costs, capped at $30,000 per year for SMEs.

What industries can apply for PSG?

PSG covers sector-specific solutions including the retail, food, logistics, precision engineering, and construction industries. PSG also supports the adoption of generic solutions such as in areas of customer management, digital marketing, sales management and inventory tracking. Thus, all industries can apply.

How do I claim PSG?

After your chosen PSG pre-approved vendor has implemented and completed the solution, you should submit your claims with documentation demonstrating usage for at least a month. Delays will be experienced for incomplete submissions.

How long will it take for PSG to be paid out?

Following claim approval, disbursement via PayNow Corporate takes approximately 14 working days.

However, if GIRO is the preferred mode, it may take up to eight weeks.

Is XERO safe to use?

XERO is compliant with Singapore’s data security regulations, certified by PDPC and meets the requirements of PDPA.

How safe is my data with XERO?

XERO uses bank-grade encryption and two-factor authentication to protect customer data, and all data is securely stored and backed up in the cloud. It also meets international compliance and security standards, such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II.

Can I change my XERO plan from the pre-approved solution I’ve applied for?

You may upgrade your XERO plan however the additional costs are not liable for PSG grant.

Do I need to train every new employee who will be assigned to use XERO in my company?

It will be advisable to conduct employee training for the workflows to use XERO. Our XERO Gold Certified Trainers are available to conduct training XERO training for your team.
